Good Energy expands presence in solar and energy storage market

Good Energy, the Wiltshire based renewable electricity and energy services provider, has acquired  JPS Renewable Energy and its wholly owned subsidiary Trust Solar in a deal worth £13.75m.

Following earlier acquisitions of Igloo Works, an established installer of heat pumps, and Wessex ECOEnergy, this latest move increases Good Energy’s involvement in the solar panel and energy storage market.

The JPS management will remain in place.
