Compact approach to compressed air provision

The Elite series from CHAMPION is a plug and play compressed air station designed to reduce installation time and provide a complete air system in a single packaged unit.
Aimed at garages, repair shops and small industrial facilities, the station is intended for sites where floor area is limited and a dependable compressed air supply is required. Unlike conventional arrangements that rely on separate downstream components, the Elite series integrates all necessary equipment into one unit, reducing a footprint by up to 30% and arriving fully tested for air leaks so that users can begin operation once the system is connected.
The range includes two models, the Elite 7 and Elite 11, fitted with 7.5kW or 11kW IE3 motors. Each incorporates a 10-bar rotary screw compressor mounted on a 270-litre horizontal tank, together with a refrigerated dryer, filtration package, automatic condensate drain and oil/water separator. The C-Pro-2 electronic controller provides access to key operating parameters such as pressure, flow and temperature.
The package includes a CHR Series refrigerated dryer with its own controller and power supply, a multi-stage oil/water separator, CHF filtration options for particulate and oil aerosol removal and a robust condensate drain with stainless steel moving components.
