Air conditioning is a general term used to describe the use of technology to control the environment for occupants in buildings. It is
generally wrongly thought of as controlling only the cooling in buildings. It is in fact the control of all the environmental factors,    ventilation, heating, cooling, humidification, noise, odours and pollution (air quality).
